The Client is committed to the Consultant for the whole project and all the services the subject of this Agreement.
The Client shall assure finance compatible with the requirements of the brief and the construction cost plan determined hereafter as well as making available, at the appropriate time, the advance payments necessary for the design studies and the construction works for the project.
The Client is responsible to develop the brief data and his/her requirements.
The Client checks and approves, within the areas of his/her activity, the proposals of the Consultant.
The Client provides and signs the application and documents necessary to obtain administrative and other authorisations relating to the proposed Works as previously prepared by the Consultant. The Client shall inform the Consultant of the existence of any possible rights of way.
Further, the Client personally takes any action against the administration and third parties, if required.
In particular, the Client undertakes to provide the Consultant at the following Work Stages [to be confirmed] the following documents:
- level surveys
- soil surveys
- all legal and administrative information
- all specific agreements relating to the land which are in his/her possession
- all Agreements with other Client Consultants or Suppliers who are engaged on the project.

The Client shall provide the Consultant with the information of which he/ she is aware, necessary for the appointment of the latter, within a time period compatible with the timetable.
The Client undertakes to provide the Consultant the results of all design studies confided to other Consultants within the scope of the project.
