Other than the conditions determined by this Article, the Consultant shall undertake the organisation of the services allocated to his/her sub-consultants.
The Consultant assigns all or part of the engineering services and his appointment to :

- […], whose head office is located at […] registered with the RCS at […] under the registration number [...] sub-consultant of […].

Furthermore, the Consultant can retain other specialists as sub-consultants during his/her appointment. He/She shall notify the Client as to the main sub-consultants to be considered and the services to be conferred. The Client can refuse, with reasonable justification that all or part of an appointment be assigned to a sub-consultant, to be notified within a period of […] if his/her services corresponds to more than 5 % of the Consultant’s appointment.
