In the event of repetition by the Client of the building designed by the Consultant, the construction of a similar work on another site, the Client shall pay the Consultant a fee that corresponds to financial consideration for the acquisition of the corresponding rights. This sum shall be equivalent to 20 % of the amount of the design Work Stage fees of this Agreement.
Furthermore, in consideration for the royalties paid by the Client to the Consultant for a sum of [...], exclusive of VAT, paid upon the signature of this Agreement/upon hand over of the Works…, the Consultant transfers to Client, for a duration of […] years, and for… (France, Europe or the World) in accordance with the following methods of reproduction : books, photographs, CD, television, the rights of representation and reproduction of his/her design studies, drawings, sketches, plans, models and/or his/her rights of representation (exhibitions) for the specific needs of the promotion of the project subject to this Agreement.
