The Consultant, author in accordance with the provisions of French law, remains invested with the design and the representation of the Work and/or project and of all the design (reports, sketches, outline proposals, plans, drawings, models, built work, etc.) of the whole intellectual property of the project and of the building, as well as all the constituent elements of his work.
The Client shall mention the name of the Consultant on all occasions where he/she uses the work, as well as images of this work, and in particular for publicity purposes in accordance with the terms and references hereafter : “…“.
