Under the control of […] who is the principal Consultant to the Client, another party shall join the Consultant :
- […] – engineering for […], whose head office is located at […], registered with the RCS at […] under the registration number […].

His/her appointment is the subject of an independent Agreement with the Client, but he/she is nevertheless under the operational control of the Consultant. The Client ensures that the Appointment of this party is compatible and coherent with this Agreement. The Consultant informs the Client as to the progress of services carried out together with the aforementioned party.
The sharing of duties between the parties and, if required, between the parties and the Client, is defined in the appendix.
