The appointment includes a basic service for the architectural and technical design together with monitoring construction up until practical completion including associated elements to define construction of the works. It includes:


- The general architectural and technical design together with the production of drawings and written documents defining the project for the works:
- structure
- internal climate conditions management
- supply and connection of electrical and lighting equipment
- building fabric
- interior fixtures and finishings
- lift installations
- cost estimates for each Work Stage
- design phase management
- assistance to the Client to award construction contracts
