The technical regulations are those of […]. In the absence of regulations, the standards to be referred to shall be the most relevant European Standards (EN).
All the regulations and standards that apply to this Agreement are those valid as at the date of signature of this Agreement. If required, the application of new standards shall be the subject of an amendment.
The Client undertakes to provide the Consultant with all client data that applies to the project and required by the Consultant for the good understanding of the data and to perform his/her services.
