If necessary, the Consultant may require the services of an adviser for clarification purposes of his/her own services (experts, engineers, lawyers...).
The cost of these advisory services is considered to be included in the fees of the Consultant and shall not be charged separately to the Client.
Unlike for the sub-consultants, the Consultant does not require the Client’s approval to appoint advisers.
