The insurance premiums required to be taken out by the Client for the project, shall be charged to the Consultant within the limit of [...] of the total amount of his/her fees.
The Client shall take out an insurance policy […] to comply with the applicable regulations that covers all parties, in compliance with this Agreement.
He/She undertakes to provide the Consultant with the corresponding insurance policy.
