- Site management, coordination, and construction management with the objective:
- to analyse the elemental tasks for carrying out construction
- to determine their coordination, as well as their critical path by means of graphic documents
- to coordinate, in time and space, the activity of the different trades when carrying out the Works

- Urban planning
- Preparation and management of project:
- identifying requirements
- building project brief
- measured drawings

- technical studies (technical reports together with architectural and functional reports) to inform the Client as to the state of repair of the building and the feasibility of the operation

- Assistance/organisation
- Assistance with hand over of the Works. This service includes the following:
- organise preparations for the hand over of the Works
- monitor the making good of defects recorded at hand over until completed
- examine disorders notified by the Client ; and
- compile the “as-built“ file of the Works as carried out necessary for their operation
