Example of a clause with transfer of property rights limited solely to the needs of the transaction In the event of repetition by the Client of the building designed by the Consultant, the construction of a similar work on another site, the Client shall pay the Consultant a fee that corresponds to financial consideration for the acquisition of the corresponding rights. This sum shall be equivalent to 20 % of the amount of the design Work Stage fees of this Agreement. Where a BIM mission is planned, the service provider assigns exclusively to the Client all intellectual property rights relating to the BIM model.
